This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Create and execute localized marketing strategies aimed at enhancing student recruitment and program expansion within Middle East regions.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, paid media, and events.
• Establish and carry out the digital marketing strategy for the Bachelor program.
• Increase traffic, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
• Oversee and refine the marketing funnel from the initial lead generation stage to enrollment.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and convert insights into practical recommendations.
• Work in conjunction with student recruitment officers to assess requirements and manage both offline and online sales materials.
• Conduct weekly reviews with marketing agencies.
• Deliver monthly reports to internal stakeholders.
• Formulate strategies targeting younger demographics and influencers, including parents, counselors, and educational institutions.
• Assist in branding and storytelling efforts related to hospitality education.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
• A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a marketing role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the international education landscape in the Middle East and associated communication channels.
• Strong awareness of the competitive environment, target demographics, and their requirements.
• Prior experience in digital advertising, including Paid Social Media and SEM, within a Western organization in the Middle East.
• Capability to plan, implement, and assess lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns on key global and specific Middle East platforms.
• Proficiency in digital platforms.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing timelines and delivering work punctually.
• Excellent collaborative skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in English.
• Legally permitted to live and work in the country where the position is located without requiring employer sponsorship.
