Marketing Specialist, Health Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop, strategize, and implement comprehensive media plans in collaboration with the advertising agency to enhance patient volume and market share.

• Supervise the daily execution of media strategies across SEM, social media, and direct response marketing channels.

• Lead the production of customer journey photo and video shoots.

• Manage creative assets, ensuring materials remain true to the health system's branding.

• Create and maintain marketing scorecards that track ROI and KPI objectives.

• Provide leadership with campaign summaries and insights based on data analysis.

• Ensure marketing initiatives are in alignment with the organization's vision to simplify healthcare access and improve customer experience.

• Act as a primary liaison for the advertising agency and an extension of the partner health system's marketing teams.

• Report directly to the VP of Growth & Health System Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of professional marketing experience, particularly within an advertising agency and/or healthcare system.

• Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and SEM.

• Experience leveraging data to guide decision-making processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results on schedule and within budget.

• Proven capability to work independently and navigate executive-level environments effectively.

• Ability to act as a confident representative for the marketing team.

• Skill in translating complex data into persuasive, high-stakes business cases.

• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to various U.S. markets and the Corporate Service Center in Plano, TX.
