Marketing Specialist – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Implement marketing strategies and initiatives targeting the Spanish-speaking/global market.

• Design and produce content for email, social media, print materials, sales presentations, conference resources, catalogs, and author acquisition tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams, authors, vendors, and creative partners to gather input, route deliverables, and ensure cultural sensitivity and linguistic precision.

• Assist with surveys, track market trends, and conduct customer insights research.

• Support coordination efforts with vendors, authors, and ministry partners, including scheduling, translation reviews, and follow-ups on relationships.

• Engage in strategic planning discussions focused on the Spanish resource area.

• Monitor campaign timelines, gather performance metrics, and escalate issues to management.

• Observe Spanish-language social media and other marketing channels, reporting on engagement patterns.

• Maintain marketing schedules and input content into internal project and campaign management systems.

• Share insights and process enhancements with colleagues and engage in team knowledge exchange.

• Travel 2–4 times per year, usually overnight.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is required.

• Willingness to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2–4 times per year for team meetings.

• Fully bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with cultural and linguistic nuances pertinent to Spanish-speaking and global audiences.

• 1–2 years of experience in executing marketing campaigns, preferably in a bilingual or global market context.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and responsiveness abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, consistent delivery, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Creative storytelling skills that enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

• Experience with content creation, asset routing, and campaign management processes.

• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church.

• Understanding of social media management, keyword/SEO strategies, and persona-driven messaging.

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.

• Familiarity with both digital and print marketing strategies.

• Experience in supporting marketing or communications efforts within a nonprofit or ministry context.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
