This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of marketing materials, which include capability statements, event banners, organizational charts, one-pagers, and brand assets.
• Coordinate comprehensive conference support, encompassing preparation of materials, SWAG management, booth assets, and outbound logistics.
• Act as a brand ambassador for marketing materials, ensuring uniformity across various sectors and joint venture/subsidiary branding.
• Work in conjunction with business development teams and shared services to identify marketing requirements for pursuits, events, and partner presentations.
• Keep asset trackers updated to ensure timely and organized delivery of marketing materials.
• Oversee website content updates and aid in social media coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in marketing, business development, and joint venture meetings as necessary; document next steps and ensure tasks are completed.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers and freelance designers.
• Organize digital file systems like Egnyte and SharePoint for efficient access to marketing materials.
• Develop marketing strategies specifically for the federal contracting sector.
• Collaborate across various departments and take responsibility for creative deliverables.
• 3–5+ years of practical experience in marketing, ideally within a federal contracting or professional services setting.
• A player-coach role that necessitates both leadership in marketing coordination and hands-on creation of marketing materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Canva is advantageous.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with cloud-based storage solutions like Egnyte is a plus.
• Exceptional written and visual communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in supporting marketing for federal proposals or in a BD/proposal development context is preferred.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and government contracting language is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of conference planning or tradeshow logistics.
• Preference may be given under Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, as mandated by Section 22-2-4(B).
• Fully remote work arrangement.
