This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, modify, and refresh marketing materials aimed at advisors and B2B audiences, such as flyers, one-sheets, worksheets, checklists, campaign kits, presentations, social media posts, email content, website text, and sales enablement resources.
• Convert marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and stakeholder feedback into actionable materials that foster advisor growth, business development, onboarding, events, webinars, and lead generation.
• Compose and enhance advisor biographies, firm narratives, value propositions, launch communications, landing pages, resource descriptions, calls to action, and follow-up correspondence.
• Evaluate materials for clarity, tone, grammar, formatting, brand consistency, completeness, and relevance to the intended audience.
• Collaborate with design and digital marketing teams to ensure content is accurate, formatted correctly, and ready for design.
• Create, resize, adapt, format, and version creative assets for both company and advisor-specific branding.
• Format PowerPoint presentations, advisor decks, webinar slides, and sales collateral.
• Assist with updates to websites and content management systems (CMS), including text modifications, image replacements, downloadable resources, metadata direction, page quality assurance, and web-ready formatting.
• Generate proofs, PDFs, image exports, working drafts, and layouts that adhere to compliance standards.
• Verify final materials for visual consistency, formatting precision, image quality, broken links, typographical errors, disclosures, and file references.
• Manage marketing projects from initiation to final delivery, overseeing deliverables, timelines, revisions, and follow-through.
• Work closely with marketing, design, digital, sales, business development, product, operations, compliance, advisors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate review cycles, consolidate feedback, track changes, and advance materials toward approval.
• Prepare content and accompanying materials for compliance review and integrate feedback received.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, project tracking tools, resource libraries, approved copy blocks, and project documentation.
• Aid in tracking marketing performance, compiling campaign recaps, summarizing content performance, reporting on advisor resource usage, and providing event follow-up summaries and leadership updates.
• Suggest enhancements to content, resources, and workflows based on feedback, inquiries, campaign outcomes, and recurring requests.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content development, design production, creative services, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or another compliance-sensitive industry.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and content development.
• Experience in creating or assisting with emails, landing pages, websites, social media content, collateral, presentations, event/webinar materials, and sales enablement resources.
• Strong design production abilities, including layout, formatting, basic typography, image sizing, file exports, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in names, titles, credentials, dates, links, disclosures, formatting, and approved language.
• Capability to organize source materials, manage feedback, prepare content for review, incorporate stakeholder and compliance revisions, and support projects through to completion.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities across various teams including marketing, design, web, sales, product, operations, compliance, digital enablement, advisors, and vendors.
• Familiarity with brand voice, messaging consistency, audience-specific communication, content calendars, project files, templates, and resource libraries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Wrike, Canva, WordPress or other CMS platforms, Salesforce, Account Engagement, email marketing tools, and basic SEO is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or similar asset creation software.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
