This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Perform continuous analysis of competitive environments, focusing on pricing, promotions, product variety, and marketing strategies.
• Create and sustain weekly/monthly competitive reports that include actionable insights.
• Convert competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations for promotions and campaigns.
• Assess the effectiveness of promotions using metrics such as lift, ROI, customer engagement, and traffic-driving statistics.
• Assist with post-campaign reporting and uphold reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Share insights with marketing, retail, and leadership stakeholders.
• Aid select third-party brand partners in joint marketing efforts and product launches.
• Organize brand activations and promotional assistance in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Procurement, and Retail teams.
• Monitor and report on brand partner performance, promotional involvement, and ROI.
• Observe customer sentiment through surveys, reviews, and feedback channels.
• Examine trends in customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and the in-store experience.
• Assist with promotional calendars, marketing initiatives, activations, events, and significant business moments.
• Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Creative, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Collect and organize campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Keep well-organized documentation of reports, insights, and campaign outcomes.
• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Represent the Trulieve brand in a professional and positive manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related area.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools is essential.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communicator with the skill to present insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-departmentally.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Required to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass all necessary background checks and screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet and carry that weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Capability to work seated or standing for extended periods and perform actions like climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand usage.
• Must have visual acuity for reading, viewing computer screens, and inspecting small parts/details.
• Able to speak and communicate verbally at conversational levels with colleagues and vendors.
