Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform continuous analysis of competitive pricing, promotional strategies, product offerings, and marketing approaches.

• Create and sustain weekly/monthly competitive reports featuring actionable insights.

• Convert competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations for promotions and campaigns.

• Assess the effectiveness of promotions, focusing on metrics such as lift, ROI, customer engagement, and traffic generation.

• Assist in post-campaign reporting and uphold reporting frameworks and dashboards.

• Share insights with marketing, retail, and leadership stakeholders.

• Facilitate the execution of collaborative marketing initiatives and product launches with third-party brand partners.

• Manage brand activations and promotional assistance in conjunction with Brand Marketing, Procurement, and Retail teams.

• Monitor and report on brand partner performance, promotional engagement, and ROI.

• Track customer sentiment through surveys, reviews, and feedback channels.

• Analyze trends in customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and in-store experience.

• Assist with promotional calendars and significant marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with Retail, Digital, Creative, Brand, and Operations teams for prompt execution.

• Organize campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables.

• Support marketing activities, events, and key business milestones.

• Maintain documentation of reports, insights, and campaign performance.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Must successfully complete all necessary background checks and screenings.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull a minimum of 25 lbs. to a height of 5 feet and across a distance of 50 feet.

• Capability to work seated/standing at workstations for extended periods and perform frequent physical movements.

• Must possess visual acuity with or without job aids for computer and detailed visual tasks.

• Effective verbal communication at conversational levels is essential.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
