Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish, oversee, and enhance advertising campaigns on Instagram/Meta.

• Develop captivating video content and advertising creatives.

• Experiment with various marketing hypotheses, target audiences, creatives, and messaging.

• Evaluate campaign performance and consistently modify advertising and content based on outcomes.

• Collaborate on landing page strategies and recommend enhancements to boost conversion rates.

• Partner on marketing concepts and test innovative approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Meta/Instagram Ads.

• Background in creating or coordinating video content and advertising creatives.

• Solid grasp of A/B testing and performance marketing principles.

• Knowledge in landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• An analytical mindset paired with creativity.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to experiment.

• Proficiency in Polish and good command of English.
