Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage support requests from start to finish utilizing available resources.

• Collaborate with the team to discover solutions and seek clarification when necessary.

• Diagnose issues, address inquiries, and resolve user challenges promptly.

• Work in conjunction with the manager on relevant matters.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and other departments.

• Independently organize tasks, prioritize workload, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Coordinate across multiple platforms to troubleshoot issues and support customers.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance CRM utilization and effectiveness.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Implement and uphold company policies concerning CRM data and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.

• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Total Expert is preferred.

• Practical involvement with marketing automation and data management.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Understanding of mortgage industry processes, terminology, and compliance standards is preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational competencies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Team-oriented individual with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
