Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming leads generated from the company website, marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and various digital platforms.

• Assess and qualify incoming inquiries based on PSI's ideal customer criteria.

• Analyze lead quality and decide when leads are ready for transfer to Business Development Directors.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team and facilitate communication between Marketing and Sales.

• Manage and assist in nurturing lead workflows within HubSpot.

• Implement email marketing campaigns aimed at generating demand, promoting conferences, webinars, content marketing, and lead nurturing efforts.

• Aid in email strategy development, encompassing messaging, copywriting, campaign creation, testing, and scheduling.

• Work with internal design teams to create email assets or develop basic designs.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance while providing recommendations for optimization.

• Ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date data management within HubSpot.

• Upload and oversee lead lists, ensuring data quality and compliance.

• Handle and process unsubscribe requests while maintaining CRM data integrity.

• Provide ongoing support for HubSpot administration.

• Create reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.

• Examine campaign metrics and third-party market research to enhance audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign efficacy.

• Recognize trends and opportunities for optimization to boost lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Contribute to cross-functional marketing projects and the ongoing enhancement of marketing processes and automation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience with B2B Email Programs.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in HubSpot.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong writing abilities.

• In-depth understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies.

• Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Canva and Photoshop.

• Must not require a work visa for current or future employment.
