This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and modify digital campaign materials for web, paid media, email, social media, sales support, and other key channels.
• Adapt established messaging and creative developed by the agency into new formats and variations tailored to specific channels.
• Create polished, on-brand materials utilizing Canva and other approved design software.
• Edit and transform video content into shorter clips, social media formats, and campaign-ready outputs.
• Leverage approved generative AI tools for research, brainstorming, variations, and enhancing production efficiency, while ensuring human oversight.
• Oversee assigned timelines, dependencies, reviews, and launch readiness using Wrike.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, digital, creative teams, agencies, and Corporate Communications partners.
• Utilize campaign performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and audience insights to recommend and implement practical optimizations.
• Minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content marketing, creative production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and adapting digital assets across email, web, paid media, social channels, and sales support.
• Proficient in using Canva and performing light video editing tasks.
• Practical experience with generative AI for content creation or production workflows.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple fast-paced deliverables and coordinating stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Capacity to work independently within set strategies and approval processes.
• Ability to analyze campaign reports and apply performance insights to enhance content and channel execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Wrike, GA4, Looker Studio, and experience in education, healthcare, or government markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.
• Preference for Central Time zone; candidates from other US time zones will be considered.
