This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and implement Clinical Assessment marketing plans for the Netherlands and Germany that align with annual revenue, pipeline, and growth goals.
• Create and execute cohesive marketing strategies for priority products and solutions across various digital platforms.
• Convert market priorities into campaign hypotheses, audience segmentation, channel mix, budget distribution, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with sales teams in the Netherlands and Germany to ensure campaigns align with territory priorities, key accounts, and sales efforts.
• Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to shape strategy and enhance investment optimization.
• Oversee the complete execution of regional campaigns, from brief creation through to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
• Generate locally relevant campaign materials, sales enablement tools, thought leadership, clinical education content, and case studies.
• Utilize Wrike or similar project management tools to oversee timelines, resources, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Partner with Creative Services, subject matter experts, and external collaborators to produce assets that are accurate, brand-aligned, and culturally as well as linguistically suitable.
• Manage localization and translation processes for Dutch, German, and English deliverables.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for Clinical Assessment in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with sales, product, and global marketing teams.
• Represent local customer and market viewpoints during planning and execution stages.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Relevant experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, education, or regulated professional sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering integrated marketing campaigns linked to revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
• Required fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German is advantageous.
• Strong background in digital marketing, campaign development, and content creation/localization.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and CRM platforms.
• Experience with GA4, Tableau, and Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in the Netherlands or Germany.
• Opportunity for fixed-term maternity leave coverage from September 2026 to the end of January 2027.
