This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Edit and proofread articles, blogs, newsletters, and other materials authored by attorneys to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the firm’s branding standards.
• Oversee the collection of content, manage deadlines, approvals, and publication processes, actively engaging with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Write article summaries, blog content, and material related to podcasts, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Copilot as needed.
• Format and publish content across the firm's website, intranet, and email marketing platforms.
• Design newsletter and email layouts while maintaining a well-organized content library.
• Assist with award submissions by collecting materials, organizing content, and monitoring deadlines.
• Track and report on the performance of content and email marketing initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, or 2–4 years in a law firm setting.
• Backgrounds in professional services are encouraged.
• Strong skills in copyediting and proofreading, with experience in handling articles, newsletters, publications, or similar content.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to independently manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up with attorneys, clarify feedback, and maintain content schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with content management and email marketing tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Canva, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, WordPress, SharePoint, or award submissions is a plus.
• Fully remote position.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
