This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Repurpose, prepare, publish, and promote authorized content across various channels including blog, website, newsletter, email, and LinkedIn.

• Create campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, forms, calls to action, lists, and tracking links based on approved briefs.

• Manage the content and campaign calendar to ensure timely deliverables, approvals, launches, and follow-ups.

• Conduct quality assurance on links, forms, tracking, formatting, audience selection, and overall campaign functionality prior to launch.

• Assist with the administration of both paid and organic campaigns while adhering to guidelines and budgets.

• Acquire the skills to build and maintain HubSpot campaigns, lists, and workflows through training, documented standards, and reviews.

• Ensure campaign data remains clean, adhering to UTM conventions and tracking protocols.

• Generate recurring reports, interpret basic results, and identify unusual changes or data discrepancies.

• Facilitate accurate campaign handoffs to Sales and maintain consistent marketing and sales data in HubSpot.

• Utilize AI tools for research, drafting, repurposing, and enhancing productivity, ensuring human oversight for accuracy and brand integrity.

• Gradually take charge of tasks such as newsletter distribution, LinkedIn publishing, webinar coordination, or campaign reporting.

• Report directly to the VP Sales and receive daily mentorship, guidance, and feedback from the Demand Marketing Manager.

• Assist in marketing LogiSense's cloud-based billing and monetization platform designed for usage-based and subscription billing models.


⛳️ Requirements

• Entry-level marketing position requiring practical marketing experience that can be discussed; full-time roles, co-ops, internships, agency work, and significant student, volunteer, or personal projects are acceptable.

• Capability to learn new digital tools, resolve practical issues, and implement feedback to enhance work quality.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Enthusiasm for simplifying complex technology and customer challenges.

• Basic knowledge of email, social media, and web marketing.

• Openness to learning about campaign tracking and performance evaluation.

• Strong attention to detail and a habit of reviewing work before launch.

• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through across multiple deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.

• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology marketing, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage.

• Knowledge of website CMS tools, basic SEO, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.

• Experience in supporting webinars, virtual events, trade shows, or content-driven demand generation programs is a bonus.
