Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze founder calls and raw transcripts to extract essential insights.

• Convert founder expertise into concise blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short video scripts.

• Establish and manage workflows in Slack, FeedHive, and Castmagic.

• Guarantee that content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled without issues.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for founders to obtain approvals and feedback.

• Oversee social media technology, posting schedules, and light community management.

• Supervise and enhance LinkedIn outreach and posting automation.

• Manage the email marketing process, including list curation, template management in GoHighLevel, and outbound sequences.

• Assist in setting up and monitoring basic ad spending to boost top-performing content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in creating email funnels and CRM workflows using GoHighLevel.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and operating marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.

• Capability to utilize AI tools for efficiency while ensuring high-quality human oversight and a professional tone.

• Outstanding diligence and attention to detail; focuses on creating processes instead of merely following them.

• Highly skilled in Salesforce and Slack.

• Excellent English communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor for interactions with founders.

• Ability to discern what will perform best on social media platforms.

• Familiarity with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.

• Experience with paid social advertising and A/B testing.

• Basic skills in video editing or design.

• Interest in linking marketing activities to direct revenue generation and sales performance.
