Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and produce marketing materials

• Oversee updates to the website

• Assist in the execution of the strategic public relations and communication strategy

• Execute strategic communication plans and marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand management, and competitive positioning

• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing & Communications Department to ensure consistency in branding and image

• Manage significant marketing and communication projects and initiatives

• Coordinate with subsidiaries and handle daily operations

• Formulate annual marketing programs

• Write, design, and produce brochures and other promotional materials

• Develop, coordinate, and promote innovative healthcare initiatives

• Draft and edit letters and various communication materials

• Oversee and coordinate changes to the company website

• Create promotional opportunities for health plans and specialty companies through health fairs and other events

• Support sales efforts and produce outreach materials for potential clients

• Organize logistics for trade shows and conferences

• Adhere to all policies and standards

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing communications, or healthcare department

• Experience in healthcare is preferred

• Practical design skills with Quark, Photoshop, etc. are preferred
