Marketing Science Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Enhance marketing strategy and decision-making by leveraging data, insights, and analytical methods.

• Ensure that marketing investments are grounded in evidence, prioritized effectively, and linked to business outcomes.

• Contribute analytical insights to global brand and marketing strategies.

• Implement marketing science principles such as brand growth, mental availability, buyer behavior, pricing power, and effectiveness theory.

• Assist in customer research and frameworks for measuring brand health.

• Design and refine frameworks for evaluating marketing effectiveness.

• Oversee the design and interpretation of marketing KPIs associated with business results.

• Lead the analysis of campaign performance, media effectiveness, and the balance between short-term and long-term impacts.

• Aid in segmentation, targeting, and buyer journey analysis within intricate B2B purchasing environments.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for Brand, Demand, Content, and Sales teams.

• Clarify trade-offs, scenarios, expected outcomes, and commercial implications.

• Convert marketing performance data into investment recommendations for business and finance stakeholders.

• Report directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing Strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with measurement and evidence-based marketing principles, including brand growth, mental availability, and effectiveness theory.

• Experience in applying marketing science within an industrial B2B framework.

• Strong history of collaborating in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to translate insights into strategic directions and actionable frameworks.

• Background in facilitating or contributing to structured marketing measurement cycles.

• Demonstrated capability to influence and align teams through clarity and structured approaches.

• Educational qualifications in a relevant field.
