Marketing & Sales Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist on daily tasks.

• Gain insights and contribute to Hilb Group's marketing and sales strategies.

• Support initiatives related to social media and digital marketing.

• Build a foundational knowledge of the insurance sector and agency operations.

• Engage and network with colleagues across the organization to enhance marketing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.

• Preferred areas of study include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong desire to learn about the insurance industry and assist with marketing initiatives.
