Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage in client relations, marketing initiatives, and customer service functions within the marketing department.

• Foster positive relationships with the community and public.

• Sustain current referral sources and broaden the referral network.

• Cultivate business connections in the designated Roanoke Region.

• Contribute to the comprehensive marketing strategy of the company.

• Generate reports as needed.

• Aid in establishing financial targets for the assigned region.

• Collaborate with programs to comprehend client, program, and referral source requirements.

• Fulfill necessary and mandatory training hours.

• Participate in required meetings and undertake additional duties as assigned.

• No supervisory duties are included.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred.

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Drug & Alcohol and/or Mental Health fields.

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations with direct client care.

• Familiarity with chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment is essential.

• Understanding of marketing strategies within a behavioral healthcare environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various computer applications.

• Knowledgeable about federal and state regulations, governing bodies, and compliance standards.

• Capable of providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, adapting to changes, and thriving in a dynamic setting.

• Completion of all mandatory trainings as specified by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing bodies is required.

• Must possess transportation for local travel.
