Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture direct referral relationships in specified markets.

• Deliver client, marketing, and customer service initiatives while fostering positive community and public relations.

• Sustain current referral sources and broaden the referral network.

• Build business relationships within the designated region.

• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company.

• Prepare reports as necessary.

• Aid in establishing financial objectives for the assigned area.

• Collaborate with programs to grasp the needs of clients, programs, and referral sources.

• Fulfill required training hours.

• Participate in mandatory meetings.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• The role involves local travel and interaction with clients in behavioral healthcare environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred.

• Preferred experience of 3-5 years in Drug & Alcohol (D&A) and/or Mental Health sectors.

• Preferred 3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations focusing on direct client care.

• Familiarity with chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment.

• Understanding of marketing techniques within a behavioral healthcare context.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Self-motivated individual who can adapt to changes and respond quickly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various computer applications.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Attendance and participation in required meetings are expected.

• Completion of all mandated training as specified by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing authorities.

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as compliance standards.

• Must have own transportation.

• Ability to meet the specified physical demands, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.

• Willingness to undertake local travel.
