Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell franchise services within the designated territory to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Expand and nurture the customer base through systematic identification of prospects, outreach, and follow-up.

• Conduct regular contact calls to establish relationships and inform customers about PuroClean.

• Provide clear and precise pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates.

• Monitor and follow up on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.

• Generate revenue through effective consultative selling and objective-to-objective marketing strategies.

• Develop, maintain, and service a top-25 client list.

• Organize lunch-and-learns and promote ongoing education opportunities.

• Enhance sales skills by gaining an understanding of production, estimating, and all facets of the PuroClean business.

• Adhere to and advocate for safety protocols while in the office and while traveling.

• Foster brand awareness and promote the One Team culture.

• Deliver exceptional service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

• Capability to present oneself professionally and with integrity in a sales-oriented environment.

• Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service is requested in the application.

• Experience in web and graphic design is also requested in the application.
