Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Initiate proactive communication with guests via outbound calls and emails before their arrival.

• Promote and schedule qualified appointments for Hilton Grand Vacations resort previews and timeshare tours.

• Recommend and assist guests in booking tours, activities, excursions, events, and approved vacation experiences.

• Establish rapport and generate enthusiasm about each guest's upcoming travel plans.

• Manage assigned lead lists while meeting daily outbound call targets.

• Ensure accurate documentation and call dispositions are maintained within company systems.

• Promote HGV Ultimate Access events and authorized offerings.

• Work collaboratively with leadership to address guest concerns and provide exceptional service.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in tours and activities sales or concierge services, with a successful history of meeting or surpassing sales and booking targets.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Strong interpersonal skills and guest relations etiquette.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to multitask, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently, utilize critical thinking, and successfully collaborate in a team environment.

• Proficient in computer skills and capable of learning customer service software applications and tools.

• Must be available to work all days and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Previous experience in a sales-related call center and/or timeshare marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce applications or similar CRM experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of the local area, including restaurants, sightseeing, locations, directions, and optional tours/activities is preferred.
