Marketing Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of specific features and initiatives related to GPS tracking devices, overseeing the process from implementation to market positioning.

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from conception to completion.

• Identify new target demographics and market opportunities to broaden the customer base.

• Track project progress and perform competitive and market analyses.

• Develop sales materials, promotional content, landing page texts, and platform-specific copy.

• Facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and implement marketing campaigns emphasizing paid social advertising, organic social content, and email automation.

• Recognize potential risks and formulate practical solutions.

• Lead strategies involving user-generated content and influencers, brief content creators, and review submissions for brand adherence.

• Practical experience in marketing with a proven ability to independently drive projects to successful outcomes.

• Comprehensive marketing expertise encompassing content development, paid social, and email marketing.

• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

• Understanding of organic social media strategies.

• Demonstrated success in campaigns leading to measurable revenue growth.

• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capability to effectively present product benefits in English.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects while balancing attention to detail and the broader context.

• Experience engaging with B2C customers.

• Knowledge of SaaS or hardware products is advantageous.

• Strong insight into target audiences and customer-centricity.

• Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level.
