This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance marketing automations utilizing platforms such as Zapier, Make, and other integration solutions.
• Create scalable systems, processes, and documentation to boost operational efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain marketing systems to guarantee accurate lead flow across platforms and proper attribution.
• Configure and resolve issues related to marketing technology, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, advertising platforms, APIs, and associated systems.
• Assist in conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various digital marketing channels.
• Construct and manage spreadsheets and reporting workflows to ensure precise marketing data and operational reporting.
• Evaluate marketing and operational data to spot trends, verify information, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Diagnose scripts, integrations, and system issues to ensure seamless marketing operations.
• Manage internal platforms by adding users, clients, permissions, and system resources as required.
• Collaborate with SEO, Operations, and Marketing teams to uncover workflow gaps and enact process enhancements.
• Deliver reporting and actionable insights to leadership to assist in business decision-making.
• Research, suggest, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing operations.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar applications.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Proven experience in supporting conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable advertising platforms.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and marketing systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Background in creating documentation, workflows, and scalable operational processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
• Preferred: Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on marketing or operational data.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms.
• Preferred: Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Preferred: Background in supporting marketing teams or digital marketing agencies.
• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
