This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the marketing technology stack, which includes troubleshooting systems, providing user support, and validating data flows.

• Perform configuration and optimization tasks within marketing tools such as SFDC, Marketo, and 6sense.

• Support data collection, segmentation, and list management for targeted marketing initiatives.

• Implement Marketo programs, including list uploads, email dispatches, and monitoring of campaigns.

• Develop and manage email campaigns, ensuring accurate setup and tracking.

• Create campaign reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and assist with analysis.

• Maintain documentation for programs, including process workflows, setup instructions, and timelines for campaigns.

• Identify and escalate technical challenges, conduct testing on new configurations, and assist with system enhancements.

• Ensure compliance of campaigns and data practices with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

• Collaborate with teams in Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or support for marketing technology.

• Proficient in marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar) or CRM systems (like Salesforce).

• An inquisitive mindset towards AI and a tendency to apply it effectively.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and ease in working with marketing data and reporting tools.

• Effective communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across teams.

• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in carrying out technical tasks.
