This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives through the use of technology, data analytics, and process improvements.
• Lead the assessment and adoption of marketing technologies.
• Oversee integrations for marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Manage lead processes to boost conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Implement email marketing campaigns and create as well as maintain performance metrics for marketing activities.
• Provide insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales Rev Ops, and CRM teams throughout the customer journey.
• Offer strategic guidance, project management assistance, coaching, and professional development to the marketing operations team.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Take ownership of the complete HubSpot marketing automation processes and workflows.
• Oversee, implement, analyze, and enhance automated marketing programs.
• Design audience segmentation strategies and tailor messaging for customers.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation while suggesting improvements for campaigns.
• Monitor and refine lead scoring and nurturing initiatives.
• Manage projects and execute email marketing campaigns, which include workflows, testing, sending, maintaining databases, copywriting, and data analysis.
• Safeguard the reputation of the email service provider while ensuring compliance and deliverability.
• Enhance the health of the contact database, manage preferences and subscriptions, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and implement marketing technology capabilities across various platforms.
• Integrate platforms, handle updates, troubleshoot issues, and uphold data hygiene and integrity.
• Maintain HubSpot data and the Salesforce Inclusion List.
• Monitor platform performance against KPIs and enhance conversion paths and funnel efficiencies.
• Develop a marketing technology strategy while assessing new platforms and automation solutions.
• Review the marketing technology portfolio and optimize tasks, including leveraging AI.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, service-level agreements, budget planning, and contractor oversight.
• Collaborate with Applications and Salesforce development teams, overseeing requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Generate regular KPI reports on inbound leads, lead generation, paid efforts, customer lifecycle, attribution, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards while developing a UTM campaign strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business, computer science, or related fields.
• 6-9 years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or automation, with practical experience in installing and managing marketing platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with solid project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong familiarity with B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices, along with the ability to align marketing practices with data flows.
• Collaborative leadership skills with the capability to lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational execution while overseeing team activities.
• A self-starter with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing external contractors and vendors.
• Experience in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, with administrative experience.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms, preferably 6Sense.
• Experience with online chat and AI SDR programs, preferably Qualified.
• Expertise in CRM and CMS integration, preferably with Salesforce.
• Must primarily work during EST hours.
