This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize strategic initiatives for the product, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services departments.
• Implement comprehensive data analytics projects, which include data extraction, cleansing, deriving insights, presenting hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and shaping marketing and operational strategies.
• Develop and design analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that enhance the delivery of insights both internally and externally.
• Integrate Claude and Databricks Genie into daily analytical routines.
• Initiate and launch projects aimed at proactively identifying KPIs and advising university partners on strategic concerns, performance metrics, and operational matters.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems, tools, personnel, strategic vision, and market landscape.
• Collaborate effectively across departments with senior Directors and VPs to share data insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Partner closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts.
• Take ownership of and execute data analytics projects independently while delivering strategic insights that affect clients’ marketing and operational activities.
• Must be an active, enrolled student for Spring 2027.
• Must also be currently enrolled as an active student for Fall 2026.
• Strong skills and/or practical experience with Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement quantitative analysis and provide data-driven insights.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to articulate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
• Skill in maintaining analytical precision under tight deadlines.
• Ability to verify work and identify discrepancies prior to publication.
• Proficient in collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Agile work style to adapt to evolving business requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Full-time co-op opportunity, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
