This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee HubSpot marketing automation, including lists, workflows, forms, landing pages, customer journeys, drip campaigns, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Assist with integrations between HubSpot, attribution tools, and external technologies.
• Manage and enhance the website and landing pages, focusing on content, metadata, UX/UI, SEO, AEO, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, policy, origination, and customer care teams to identify customer needs.
• Develop and modify digital marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, forms, ads, customer education resources, and campaign collateral.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, websites, and funnels.
• Offer suggestions to enhance traffic, engagement, attribution confidence, and return on investment (ROI).
• Support lifecycle communications via email and SMS, ensuring compliance through segmentation, execution, performance tracking, and retention-focused campaigns.
• Oversee marketing projects, campaign calendars, prioritization tools, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with internal and external teams for market launches, customer education, subscriber acquisition, retention, and brand-building initiatives in community solar markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing sector.
• Practical experience in administering HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, customer journeys, drip campaigns, reporting, marketing automation, and data hygiene.
• Background in data cleansing, list hygiene, deduplication, field standardization, and managing accurate marketing database records.
• Experience in maintaining websites and landing pages, including HubSpot CMS or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, website usability, landing page testing, conversion rate optimization, and enhancements to customer journeys.
• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and AEO fundamentals, encompassing keyword strategy, on-page optimization, structured data and schema, search intent, answer-focused content, and performance metrics.
• Experience in executing and reporting on paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Reddit, or other digital advertising channels.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, dashboard creation, data visualization, and performance reporting.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience using Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fully remote position.
• Occasional travel required.
