Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure data integrity by performing deduplication, normalization, and consistent hygiene practices.

• Develop and oversee audience segmentation and lead management workflows.

• Assist in lead scoring, routing, and managing the entire lifecycle.

• Track the performance of marketing systems and the health of integrations.

• Maintain data transfer processes between Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, and related systems.

• Detect and resolve synchronization issues and data inconsistencies.

• Create dashboards and reports to track funnel, pipeline, engagement, and data quality metrics.

• Deliver regular insights and analyses on performance.

• Aid in attribution and reporting on marketing impact.

• Document procedures and assist in user training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

• Design, test, and launch campaigns, forms, and nurturing programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with marketing operations, automation, and data management practices.

• Experience using a marketing automation platform (such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar).

• Understanding of CRM integrations and data synchronization processes.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, along with problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills in English.

• A curious and adaptable mindset, eager to learn new technologies.

• Prior experience with Marketo.

• Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or intent-data platforms like Demandbase or 6sense.

• Knowledge of lead scoring, lifecycle management, and basic HTML/CSS.

• Applicants must be based in Poland.
