This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the daily management of the marketing technology stack under the guidance of marketing leadership.
• Develop and sustain campaign objects in Salesforce/HubSpot, segment lists, and create workflows to enhance lead nurturing and campaign performance.
• Create a campaign reporting framework that supports initiatives from ideation through to measurement.
• Lead project management for the marketing team, ensuring the accuracy of projects, tasks, and timelines in ClickUp.
• Design and associate emails with the appropriate campaigns while maintaining an email marketing calendar.
• Establish and manage marketing reports within Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce campaigns, associate segmentations, and ensure accurate attribution.
• Assist in the setup and management of live and recorded webinars via Zoom, including tracking registration, follow-up emails, and post-event analytics.
• Support the marketing team in effectively utilizing marketing technology platforms.
• Create processes and analyses to assess and enhance efficacy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with BDR leadership to optimize Qualified.com for accurate routing, lead capture, and engagement tracking.
• Ensure consistent synchronization of marketing and sales data across platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Aid in the execution and quality assurance of marketing campaigns.
• Document marketing procedures and playbooks to foster consistency and team enablement.
• Work alongside sales and BDR teams to ensure accurate campaign attribution, lead follow-up, and program feedback.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional verbal, virtual, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other pertinent technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to strategy and business development.
• Highly motivated, goal-focused, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to learn and retain product information relevant to the solution.
• Capable of managing a diverse, high-volume workload; self-motivated and adaptable.
