This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership and manage regional campaigns from inception to completion, which includes updates to landing pages, email initiatives, UTM tracking, registration processes, and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate closely with regional Growth Leads and Corporate Marketing Operations to ensure that localized campaigns align with global marketing schedules.
• Plan and implement demand generation programs, events, and webinars for specified regions.
• Act as the main regional resource for questions related to Martech, tool access, and user inquiries.
• Organize, prioritize, and direct platform-specific requests, such as those involving ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and website modifications, to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Oversee seat assignments, user permissions, and tool usage reporting for members of the regional team.
• Address regional website update requests, which involve content revisions, component changes, URL modifications, and UTM configurations on Webflow and Salesforce.
• Create and manage Salesforce flows, automations, and tailored reporting dashboards to monitor lead acquisition and campaign effectiveness.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Martech Specialist capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to create workflows, automations (Flows), and custom dashboards within Salesforce.
• Practical experience in making website or landing page updates and component modifications independently on Webflow or comparable CMS platforms; full builds from scratch are not necessary.
• Strong knowledge of manual UTM parameter setups and URL structuring for precise reporting.
• Basic understanding of ZoomInfo or similar data management tools for access routing and seat allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capacity to coordinate efforts across cross-functional global teams.
• Willingness to support night shift hours in the PH timezone.
• Methodical approach to campaign tracking, quality assurance, and documentation prior to the launch of programs.
• Nice-to-have: Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for creating custom HTML/CSS snippets, copy formatting, or minor page adjustments.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with administering webinar software platforms.
• Nice-to-have: Prior experience with SFMC campaign execution, email flows, or platform access management.
