This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee project plans for significant cross-functional marketing initiatives, such as product launches, campaigns, executive events, and partnership programs.
• Conduct regular cross-functional standups and check-ins, ensuring that stakeholders remain aligned and unblocked.
• Monitor deliverables and status within a record-keeping system, maintaining a centralized source of truth for ongoing projects.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, escalating or resolving issues before deadlines are jeopardized.
• Establish success criteria with initiative owners and create tracking mechanisms to evaluate results post-launch.
• Keep a continuous overview of the marketing project portfolio for the SVP of Marketing and the leadership team.
• Oversee and manage essential marketing systems and tools, including project management platforms, marketing automation/CRM interfaces, and reporting dashboards.
• Administer marketing budget tracking, vendor onboarding, contract management, and purchase order workflows.
• Design and maintain processes for campaign intake, creative requests, approvals, and content calendars.
• Generate and sustain reporting on marketing performance and operational health for leadership and board updates.
• Act as the process owner for how work is initiated within the marketing organization and prioritized.
• Collaborate with Brand/Creative, Content/Communications, Revenue Marketing/Events, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Executive, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Serve as a reliable operator for the SVP of Marketing, transforming vague initiatives into structured, actionable plans.
• Create portfolio visibility, hold regular standups, manage end-to-end initiatives, and document core marketing operations processes.
• 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or a combination of both, preferably in a B2B SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Proven ownership of project management tools (Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or similar) at a team or organizational level.
• Experience leading cross-functional standups or working sessions with stakeholders from brand, content, product marketing, and revenue marketing.
• Ability to create project plans from the ground up for ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive them to completion without direct authority.
• Operational expertise in budget tracking, vendor management, process design, and reporting frameworks.
• Possess a systems-thinking approach and capability to build scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey status and risks to both individual contributors and executive stakeholders.
• Strong inclination towards structure and follow-through.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting executive-level events or significant public launches is a plus.
• Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce from an operations/admin perspective is a plus.
