This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead Anovia’s outbound-focused go-to-market strategy across email, LinkedIn, and paid media, utilizing HubSpot as the central system of record.
• Track and analyze metrics related to bounce rates, spam complaints, mailbox volume, warm-up phases, and the performance of various sequences.
• Set up and oversee mailboxes, sending domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and custom tracking domains.
• Manage, configure, maintain, and enhance HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
• Design and refine sales pipelines, lead management processes, and automated workflows.
• Conduct quality assurance on imported and synchronized records, address duplicates, and uphold lifecycle, lead status, and data quality standards.
• Oversee marketing contacts, suppression lists, exclusion lists, as well as naming, tagging, and tiering conventions.
• Perform workflow, property, integration, and attribution health checks; troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Document CRM procedures and provide coaching to Sales leadership and users on HubSpot best practices.
• Generate weekly multi-channel performance reports, maintain dashboards and BI layers, and conduct funnel and attribution diagnostics.
• Create monthly leadership performance packs and reports on conversion and coaching trends.
• Track paid media spending, assess delivery health, evaluate landing page conversion performance, and reconcile spending across platforms.
• Develop campaign assets, nurture copy, SEO content briefs, and variants of landing page copy.
• Ensure alignment of suppression lists, monitor trigger-event sources, and reassess the target audience's scoring.
• Oversee vendor management, renewals, seat allocation, and licensing.
• Uphold brand terminology, rectify outdated website terminology, and perform quality assurance on website pages.
• Coordinate LinkedIn sender seats and assess acceptance and reply rates.
• Project marketing expenditures and manage budget adjustment controls.
• Engage in weekly operational syncs, biweekly progress reviews, and monthly revenue assessments.
• A minimum of 6 years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations, with at least 3 years of practical HubSpot administration experience.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing cold email infrastructure, including domain and mailbox setup, warm-up, rotation, and configuration of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Accountability for deliverability metrics in relation to established bounce and complaint thresholds.
• Demonstrated capability in maintaining CRM data quality, governance, and de-duplication at scale.
• Experience in constructing and sustaining multi-channel performance reporting and dashboards for leadership stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads sufficient for monitoring spending patterns, delivery integrity, and campaign performance, as well as reconciling expenditures across platforms.
• Proficiency in writing campaign, nurture, and landing page copy to a high standard suitable for publication.
• Experience in designing and refining lead management and sales processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to interact directly with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Availability for overlapping hours with the United States business schedule.
• Preferred: Certifications in HubSpot Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software, or HubSpot Sales Software.
• Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs.
• Preferred: Experience in a RevOps or Sales Operations role.
• Preferred: Experience integrating HubSpot with other business applications.
• Preferred: Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools.
• Preferred: Experience supporting B2B technology, IT services, or managed services companies selling to the U.S. market.
