This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a Marketing Operations team tasked with campaign enablement, marketing automation, quality assurance, deliverability, troubleshooting, MarTech operations, workflow enhancements, and specific marketing web operations tasks.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives across a three-month-plus timeline, aligning campaign and operational backlogs with business priorities, lifecycle objectives, stakeholder needs, and measurable results.
• Manage comprehensive campaign operations, including intake, scoping, sprint planning, requirements gathering, timeline oversight, QA readiness, launch coordination, post-launch issue resolution, and performance feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, and Campaign Operations teams to sustain a scalable, dependable, and AI-enabled MarTech framework.
• Facilitate requirements for automation, personalization, audience segmentation, data flows, integrations, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Take ownership of platform health, deliverability, and issue resolution processes; keep track of marketing platforms, privacy policies, device operating systems, AI-driven filtering, and industry best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate swift resolutions for platform, campaign, data, deliverability, or tracking challenges.
• Oversee marketing web operations, including landing page updates, CMS workflows, deployment readiness, tagging and tracking, accessibility, performance monitoring, launch QA, and troubleshooting activities.
• Promote continuous improvement through AI, automation, experimentation, and scalable workflows to minimize manual tasks, enhance campaign quality, strengthen analytics, and boost productivity while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational control.
• Several years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing automation/technology, web operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing or formally leading team members, including coaching, prioritizing tasks, providing feedback, supporting development, and fostering a positive, accountable team environment.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, SFMC, Marketo, or similar systems.
• Understanding of campaign logic, audience segmentation, personalization, quality assurance, deliverability, reporting, and data-driven campaign execution.
• Proficient with MarTech infrastructure and technical operations, including automation, data flows, integrations, reporting requirements, platform troubleshooting, UAT coordination, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Marketing Technology teams.
• Strong project management and communication skills, encompassing requirements gathering, timeline management, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, escalation management, and translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Practical familiarity with AI, automation, experimentation frameworks, or advanced analytics.
• Experience in designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, automation playbooks, campaign quality assurance tools, intake automation, experimentation workflows, web quality assurance processes, or reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of marketing web operations, including CMS workflows, landing page quality assurance, tracking implementation, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion pixels, UTM governance, accessibility considerations, Core Web Vitals, or collaboration with technical teams on web releases.
• Nice to have: experience with SQL, structured data, campaign data models, APIs, integrations, or data pipelines.
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise CMS platforms or website management tools such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Nice to have: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, redirects, metadata, page templates, or structured content.
• Nice to have: experience developing channel analytics frameworks, deliverability benchmarks, operational scorecards, web performance dashboards, or reporting for campaign optimization and prioritization.
