Marketing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and fine-tune the lead scoring model in Marketo by utilizing feedback from BDRs and data from closed-won/lost opportunities.

• Take ownership of lead routing logic and governance in LeanData, which includes managing match rules, ownership logic, and routing paths.

• Manage the definitions of MQLs and oversee the marketing-to-sales handoff process, including the design and monitoring of SLAs.

• Oversee the status of lead/contact lifecycles and govern lead sources.

• Direct the triage and routing processes for inbound and partner-sourced leads.

• Administer ABM account lists and signal strategies in collaboration with enterprise sales stakeholders.

• Enhance BDR tooling workflows across platforms such as Outreach, Nooks, and Clay.

• Establish and uphold data-entry standards in Salesforce for sales-owned lead/contact fields.

• Conduct regular alignment reviews between Sales and Marketing Operations with sales and BDR leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or lifecycle roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth settings.

• Practical experience in building and calibrating lead scoring models in Marketo.

• Proven experience in owning lead routing logic in LeanData or a similar platform.

• Proficient in SQL to validate routing and scoring outcomes against CRM data.

• Experience collaborating with sales or BDR leadership on handoff logic, SLAs, routing rules, and CRM data standards.

• Comfortable working independently during US business hours as part of a distributed team.

• Capable of utilizing conversational AI systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal tools for research, documentation, troubleshooting, and funnel/handoff diagnostics.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Outreach, Nooks, Clay, Bizible/Marketo Measure, Demandbase, ABM platforms, CRM data governance, or experience in mentoring junior team members.
