This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of comprehensive marketing operations for both in-person and virtual events, overseeing everything from campaign initiation to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, and Sales teams to establish operational plans, schedules, roles, and success metrics.
• Manage audience strategy and the execution of campaigns, which includes segmentation, registration, email communications, testing, launch readiness, and tracking attendance.
• Track registration and attendance, mitigate risks and dependencies, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance conversion and engagement rates.
• Ensure accurate collection, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation of data pertaining to both attendees and non-attendees.
• Supervise lead scoring, classification, routing, nurturing, sales notifications, and handoffs within the defined service levels.
• Provide reports on campaign performance, attendance, engagement, lead routing, sales follow-up, and the impact on the sales pipeline.
• Uphold high standards for data integrity, privacy, consent, and contact governance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Identify and rectify gaps in processes, data, and technology by implementing scalable documentation and operational procedures that enhance consistency and performance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, event operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated proficiency in Marketo, showcasing a strong history of developing scalable programs and achieving successful campaign results.
• Proven experience in optimizing campaign and execution workflows within event and webinar platforms like Splash and ON24.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, campaign workflows, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.
• Strong program management skills, capable of handling timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple simultaneous events.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in utilizing campaign data to identify challenges and enhance performance.
• Knowledge of data quality, consent, privacy, and contact governance standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Attention to detail and the capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
