This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making for marketing operations.
• Foster efficient campaign execution, precise attribution, and scalable growth.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT teams to analyze and enhance demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance processes.
• Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, effective tracking, and alignment of systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to bolster marketing analytics, ensure data integrity, and improve platform visibility.
• Develop and document procedures, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with demand generation and lifecycle teams on lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration discrepancies.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting and quality assurance tasks.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics.
• Expected travel requirement is 10%.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not currently or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking.
• Practical experience with WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance enhancement.
• Proficient in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive.
• Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 is essential.
• Experience in supporting lead routing and scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics.
• Strong technical aptitude and project management capabilities.
• Ability to translate marketing requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to partner cross-functionally while training others on tool utilization.
• Preferred: hands-on proficiency with Salesforce standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and reporting schema.
• Preferred: strong Excel skills, including proficiency in lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
• Preferred: experience in building or maintaining dashboards using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar BI tools.
• Preferred: experience in prompt engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis.
• Preferred: meticulous attention to detail and robust documentation practices.
• Preferred: ability to handle requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing daily demands.
