Marketing Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding, transition, and offboarding of properties, including the setup and coordination of marketing activities.

• Support marketing operations across various platforms, including websites, listings, social media, and other digital channels.

• Monitor service requests, ensure data accuracy, and pinpoint areas for process and workflow enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and standardized property marketing operations.

• Aid in the management of marketing technology platforms through testing, audits, documentation, and user assistance.

• Contribute to visual media projects, encompassing photography, videography, virtual tours, and the management of digital assets.

• Coordinate with vendors and uphold the quality and organization of digital marketing resources.

• Engage in technology upgrades, automation, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Undertake real projects and responsibilities throughout the 10-week internship.

• Participate in speaker series, business segment overviews, mentorship opportunities, site visits, community outreach, and networking events.

• Deliver a Final Capstone Project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expected graduation date between December 2028 and May 2029.

• Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.

• A sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

• A quantitative background showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects clearly.

• A high standard of precision, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
