This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the complete execution of strategic events and programs, which include NSM, AAO, trade shows, clinical education, and customer initiatives.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relations, logistics, and project timelines.
• Standardize planning procedures, timelines, and follow-up processes.
• Ensure uniform lead capture, tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide reports on ROI, pipeline development, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing activities within the marketing function.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with designated owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Facilitate transitions across marketing, commercial, clinical, and product teams.
• Keep leadership informed about progress, potential risks, and outcomes.
• Act as a central coordination point for the commercial team and leadership.
• Enhance communication channels and eliminate departmental silos.
• Align stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-up on actions.
• Promote the adoption and optimization of CRM and project management tools.
• Enhance system integration for better visibility and operational efficiency.
• Decrease dependence on manual processes and email tracking.
• Create centralized tracking for initiatives, timelines, and results.
• Design high-end, visually appealing experiences.
• Approach tasks hands-on with a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Administration, and/or Marketing Events Services.
