This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the global strategy, timeline, and execution framework for Workiva's complete digital events portfolio, which includes webinars, virtual experiences, on-demand sessions, and digital event activations.
• Collaborate across various regions to facilitate the in-region execution of the digital events portfolio.
• Create audience segmentation, format strategies, and content programming tailored to enterprise buyer personas and market priorities.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks to ensure consistent and scalable execution.
• Manage relationships with vendors and platforms for webinar systems, virtual event tools, and production partners.
• Incorporate AI into digital event workflows, enhancing personalization, content acceleration, follow-up automation, and performance evaluation.
• Take ownership of a pipeline target associated with the digital events portfolio.
• Align digital event programming with Workiva's demand generation priorities.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Campaign Managers to integrate digital events into comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and manage full-funnel reporting that covers registration, attendance, engagement, follow-up conversions, and pipeline influence.
• Utilize attribution frameworks to gauge channel contributions.
• Drive improvements in channel efficiency.
• Leverage data to provide evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
• A minimum of 8 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital events, or integrated campaign roles.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in a platform-first or multi-solution SaaS environment, targeting multiple buyer personas.
• A background in demand generation or account-based experience (ABX) strategies, with a proven history of linking campaigns to pipeline results.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, personalization, or event performance analysis.
• Ability to influence sales teams regarding follow-up and pipeline conversion efforts without having direct authority.
• Proven ownership of a digital events or webinar program with direct accountability for pipeline outcomes.
• Experience in designing and scaling virtual experiences beyond typical webinars, such as virtual summits, on-demand content hubs, or multi-session digital events.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how digital events fit into a full-funnel demand model.
• Proficient with webinar and virtual event platforms, including ON24, Zoom Events, and Goldcast.
• Proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems, including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to create performance dashboards, manage attribution reporting, and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft clear program briefs, concise summaries, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
