This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and maintain HTML/CSS email templates.
• Develop reusable modular components and tailor client-specific templates.
• Conduct tests on email rendering across various clients and devices using tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar.
• Build and launch outbound campaigns, mainly via email, using Kobie-hosted platforms and client campaign management systems.
• Set up journey logic, audience segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content, personalization tokens, and promotional offer logic.
• Take ownership of the final deployment of assigned campaigns, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test setups.
• Coordinate asset transfers with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices for execution and uphold development build standards.
• Adhere to platform tooling standards and governance protocols.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, QA Analysts, and client teams to deliver precise, on-brand campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are built accurately and on schedule, pass QA with minimal revisions, and comply with platform standards and SOPs.
• 1–3 years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
• Practical experience with HTML and CSS for email, including cross-client rendering.
• Familiarity with at least one enterprise campaign platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of journey orchestration, including single- and multi-step automated flows, triggered sends, and entry/exit criteria.
• Understanding of event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows, and the differences between scheduled and triggered deployment.
• Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing processes.
• Comprehension of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and data-driven personalization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify issues and ask questions prior to the start of builds.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, or other rendering test tools.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AMPScript, SQL, or other scripting/query languages.
• Preferred: Experience with Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, or Marketo.
• Preferred: Knowledge of dynamic and conditional content logic.
• Preferred: Exposure to multi-channel campaign orchestration.
• Preferred: Experience with Workfront or Jira.
