This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create email sequences and automated workflows in GoHighLevel based on provided copy.

• Develop and refresh landing pages and funnels for live events, product launches, and nurturing campaigns.

• Transform recordings into polished content, which includes adding captions, uploading to YouTube, repurposing for Instagram, and updating membership areas.

• Manage the organic social media calendar across various platforms.

• Facilitate warm and precise communications with clients and ensure client success.

• Process transcripts and group coaching recording materials.

• Assume responsibility for email workflows, funnels, and client-facing content delivered to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in creating email sequences and automations using GoHighLevel or a closely related platform that can be quickly adapted (such as Keap, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi).

• Capability to guide others through the construction of an email sequence or automation.

• Proven experience in independently building or modifying landing pages and funnels.

• Comprehensive experience across social media platforms, including scheduling posts, writing captions, uploading YouTube videos, and converting long-form content into short-form formats.

• Strong writing skills for client-facing communications, ensuring clarity and precision.

• Ability to work autonomously from a brief and complete tasks without requiring constant follow-up.
