This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and implement the local marketing strategy in alignment with the ZOLL CMS Italian operating plan.
• Evaluate market opportunities and determine business requirements.
• Work alongside functional teams to create and execute marketing plans aimed at enhancing LifeVest therapy penetration.
• Partner with the Italian field organization to synchronize strategies and assist in the tactical execution of marketing initiatives with field sales teams.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Medical Education team.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Launch programs that support LifeVest product adoption and promote the ZOLL brand.
• Contribute insights and assistance to strategies that enhance market penetration and increase access to therapy across the region.
• Offer feedback on the wider EMEA commercial strategy and relay insights to global marketing and product development teams.
• Oversee LifeVest marketing and product management in Italy in conjunction with local sales leadership.
• Assist in market analysis and customer segmentation, along with relevant KPIs.
• Tailor EMEA marketing materials to local clinical needs and market segments.
• Create and implement messaging, promotional content, sales tools, and proof sources.
• Support the field sales organization, including Territory Managers, sales agents, and distributors.
• Collaborate with reimbursement and market access teams to identify evidence requirements for enhanced access in Italy.
• Assist in program-specific evidence generation plans.
• Provide product, competitive, and clinical data analyses to the sales team.
• Support training sessions with various sales organizations.
• Work with the professional relations group on initiatives that boost ZOLL brand recognition and clinical visibility.
• Design and implement promotional programs in conjunction with sales leadership.
• Analyze customer satisfaction data to refine marketing and product strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical professionals and organizations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by marketing and sales management.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing is required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a marketing or field sales role.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively.
• Independent thinker with a high level of initiative.
• Proficient in interacting with physicians, customers, and key opinion leaders.
• Robust project management skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate proactively within a Matrix environment, engaging with various functional groups.
• Competent in reading, understanding, and responding in English.
• Skilled in delivering information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Capable of managing market models and budgets.
• Proactive in interpreting instructions delivered in written, verbal, or diagrammatic form.
• Ability to approach problems constructively and make sound judgment calls.
• Prior experience in product management is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in the cardiac care healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Approximately 30% travel required.
• Some weekends may be necessary for this role.
