Marketing Manager – Growth Marketing, E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of a lead magnet for D2C e-commerce companies

• Analysis of results and derivation of new best-performing ideas

• Coordination with the managing director

• Creation of guides for the YouTube channel and relevant LinkedIn posts

• Development of Meta ad concepts

• Planning and execution of email campaigns

• Establishment of the EVOLVE brand and agency marketing as an integrated system

• Development and prioritization of the strategy for pipeline generation

• Creation of original content ideas and content guides, along with direct writing of LinkedIn posts

• Formulation of the content plan for YouTube, podcast, email, and LinkedIn, ensuring production

• Feedback on ongoing ads and coordination with media buying

• Responsibility for campaign outcomes rather than just clicks

• Management of events and trade shows for acquiring new clients

• Independent management of all in-house marketing projects

• Evaluation of ads, content, and email metrics, and derivation of next steps for qualified inquiries

• Collaboration with creative, media buying, sales, and management

• Long-term responsibility for all in-house marketing as well as personal brands of employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Have built something from scratch, such as a channel, funnel, or an entire area, with measurable results

• A knack for direct response and hooks

• Ability to think in complete funnels from content idea to qualified appointment

• 2 to 3 years of online marketing experience with personal accountability for results

• Experience with Claude, Gemini, or comparable AI models, as well as your own reusable prompts and processes

• Ability to manage ads, content, and email simultaneously

• Sensitivity to long-term customer relationships and customer retention through marketing

• Ideally, experience in building a media or personal brand, a YouTube channel, podcasts, or newsletters with real reach

• Capability to make independent decisions and work autonomously rather than just executing based on briefs
