This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the marketing and trade marketing strategy for the UK&I Foodservice sector.
• Convert EMEA strategies into engaging, market-specific plans and activations.
• Foster brand and business expansion through effective campaigns, activations, and communication strategies.
• Create customer propositions and compelling narratives for new product introductions, concepts, and portfolio initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales on Route-to-Market strategies and commercial prospects.
• Adapt global and regional launch strategies into UK&I specific campaigns and messaging.
• Provide customer, consumer, and market insights to the EMEA Marketing & Innovation team.
• Oversee strategic marketing initiatives across the UK&I region.
• Manage and mentor a Foodservice Trade Marketeer.
• Lead and coordinate with external agencies and partners.
• Formulate the annual marketing operating plan and oversee the marketing budget.
• Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and activations.
• Share successful practices throughout the wider organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications.
• Preferably experience in Foodservice, FMCG, or another fast-paced consumer environment.
• Strong expertise in developing marketing strategies, concepts, campaigns, and communication materials within an A-brand context.
• In-depth understanding of the Foodservice channel.
• Proven success in project management and delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing, developing, and motivating teams to build high-performing groups.
• Robust commercial insight and the ability to link marketing activities to business growth and customer value.
• Capability to forge strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and other departments in an international matrix organization.
• Experience in enhancing marketing professionalism through processes, tools, metrics, and operational methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and Europe.
• Temporary assignment for 11 months.
