Marketing Manager – Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to establish event goals, scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create, manage, and oversee event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with approved resources.

• Act as the main point of contact for event agencies, vendors, and partners.

• Provide comprehensive briefs and ensure quality execution throughout the event process.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders on content, audience acquisition, logistics, speaker management, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, AV and technical production, marketing and promotion, and on-site execution.

• Serve as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, overseeing timelines, deliverables, communications, and risk management.

• Generate post-event reports to analyze performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations.

• Lead the regional B2B event strategy and execution for a technology client to enhance brand visibility and accelerate business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in event marketing or management, preferably in B2B sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing and executing events from concept to completion, on schedule and within budget.

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.

• Experience in managing regional or international events is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed.

• Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities.
