This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct research on customers and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform future actions.
• Generate innovative ideas for scaling funnels and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee marketing projects from conception to launch and continuous improvement.
• Craft compelling copy for advertisements, landing pages, and funnels.
• Evaluate design work and provide feedback focused on brand consistency and conversions.
• Direct the creation and optimization of ad creatives in collaboration with the design team.
• Perform quality assurance on landing pages regarding user experience, flow, and functionality.
• Execute A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
• Work alongside developers to implement website updates and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and development teams.
• Prepare project briefs and monitor progress.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project statuses.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data.
• Identify customer pain points and areas for improvement.
• Leverage insights to enhance customer acquisition and drive sales growth.
• Utilize GPT, image/video generation tools, and automation platforms to boost execution and experimentation speed.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in the e-commerce sector.
• Practical experience with AI tools, including vibe coding and workflow automation.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and performance marketing.
• Capability to produce clear and persuasive written content.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and website enhancement techniques.
• Data-driven mindset for pinpointing effective selling strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers.
• Skill in managing your own schedule and working remotely.
• Background in customer research.
• Focus on e-commerce growth.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with heatmaps, ad management platforms, and analytics tools is advantageous.
• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours during standard EET business hours.
• Capability to work on a contract/freelance or B2B basis with valid self-employment documentation.
