Marketplace Specialist – Amazon, Faire, Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Faire wholesale storefront.

• Assess incoming buyer order requests.

• Investigate buyers and identify potential Amazon resellers.

• Establish and manage a RangeMe profile along with other wholesale marketplace listings.

• Assist with the Amazon catalog by ensuring listing accuracy, updating content, and maintaining product information.

• Ensure product data remains consistent across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

• Actively identify incorrect listings, suspicious orders, and issues with stock availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Faire, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, RangeMe.

• Proven experience in managing wholesale marketplace storefronts and processing buyer order requests.

• Competency in researching buyers and recognizing potential Amazon resellers.

• Familiarity with Amazon catalog management, ensuring listing accuracy, and performing content updates.

• Capability to maintain uniform product data across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

• A proactive mindset toward identifying issues related to listings, orders, and inventory.
