Marketing Manager, Die Cast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Identify new market prospects and create product and technology strategies for the Die Cast sector in Indonesia.

• Execute marketing development initiatives that align with Chem-Trend's core principles.

• Evaluate Die Cast market trends and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

• Offer product and technical assistance to distributors for the introduction of new technologies.

• Assist management with analysis, monthly forecasting, and routine product evaluations.

• Build and sustain relationships with customers and distributors.

• Negotiate opportunities for business growth and conduct regular visits to customers.

• Organize and engage in trade shows, conventions, and seminars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Preferred background in technical support and marketing activities related to the industry.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of effective time management.
