This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of sales enablement and collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint gaps in seller skills, knowledge, and tools.
• Establish enablement priorities in conjunction with sales leadership.
• Transform product features and customer requirements into compelling sales narratives, pitch decks, and conversation guides.
• Ensure that sellers have access to the appropriate materials at each stage of the sales process and utilize them effectively.
• Assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and enhance programs accordingly.
• Collect insights from customers and the market through research, discussions, and feedback from sales teams.
• Assist in developing and fine-tuning messaging and value propositions.
• Aid in go-to-market strategies for new products and enhancements, with a focus on sales preparedness.
• Convert competitive research into actionable positioning insights and recommendations.
• Maintain close alignment with the product roadmap to ensure sellers are well-prepared ahead of launches.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, partner and events marketing, content marketing, and design teams.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing.
• Create, develop, and present marketing and sales enablement materials.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years focused on sales enablement or product marketing.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and product features into clear value propositions and sales narratives.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence and market research methodologies.
• Experience in supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent writing skills that are clear and straightforward.
• Comfortable presenting to sales teams and conducting webinars.
• Proficient with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Slides or PowerPoint, and AI writing applications.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail technology, logistics, or SaaS sold to enterprise companies is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
